DXG-12 switch cabinet is suitable for 3-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single bus and double bus belt bypass bus system. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It belongs to the new generation of small urban and rural power grid equipment, and has the characteristics of high-grade, miniaturization, full parameters, low price, less maintenance, reasonable structure, safe and reliable, simple operation and so on. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical and urban construction industries.
The lighting cabinet is mainly composed of bus room, circuit breaker room, instrument room and cable room. The compartments are separated by steel plates to avoid the fault position affecting the adjacent compartments. Each compartment of the main loop is provided with an independent pressure relief channel.
When designed to be wall-mounted, the cable compartment is located below the front of the cabinet. For the connection scheme of the main circuit, this room is the contact room. The busbar can be directly connected to the left and right cabinets, and another attached cabinet can be installed on the overhead incoming and outgoing lines. A reliable mechanical interlock device operated in accordance with the program provides reliable safety protection for operators and equipment.
1. The cabinet has a novel structure and full functions. It has the characteristics of the main bus line with electric isolation of the fixed cabinet, convenient maintenance of the middle cabinet and easy replacement of circuit breaker switches;
2. The cabinet is air insulated and can be equipped with a miniaturized vacuum circuit breaker: VS1-12(ZN63A), VD4-12 vacuum circuit breaker;
3. The selected isolation switch is the newly designed minisize DGN-12 isolation switch with gear transmission mode, which is labor-saving, flexible and reliable in operation;
4. The cabinet is made of aluminum-zinc coated plate by double folding, with compact structure and good rigidity;
5. The cabinet body is equipped with reliable "five prevention" locking function. The front and back doors have mandatory mechanical locking, and both ends of the incoming and outgoing lines are equipped with grounding switches, so as to ensure the safety of maintenance.
6. Material can be made of galvanized sheet or aluminized zinc coated sheet.
